Greenwich Mobility Hubs Project
Mobility hubs bring together shared transport (like e-bikes and e-scooters), electric vehicle charging, bike storage, public transport and information to support active travel, in a small space designed to improve the public realm. DG Cities are continuing to work with the Royal Borough of Greenwich to explore how residents on three Greenwich council estates could benefit from new mobility hubs in their areas.
Key information
DG Cities is continuing to explore with communities how a mobility hub could be implemented to support resident travel needs on three RBG estates:
Vanbrugh Park (Greenwich)
Meridian (Greenwich)
Woolwich Dockyard (Woolwich)
Following the previous survey, DG Cities have assessed which transport features residents would most like to see on their estate. Visual designs have also been drafted to provide residents with a sense of how a mobility hub could look on their estate.
We are now running a second-phase survey to exhibit the visual designs and give residents the opportunity to provide any further feedback.
How to get involved
Over the coming weeks residents will be able to share their views with researchers by completing our live survey and also view the draft visual designs.
The survey closes on Monday 9th September.

What are the benefits of taking part?
The Royal Borough of Greenwich wants to make sure that as many residents on its estates as possible have the chance to input into the mobility hub scheme. Resident views will play an important role in shaping the type of mobility solutions that are made available.
